At Shri Varkari Ayurved Chikitsalaya, we aim to ensure that your Ayurvedic magazine subscriptions are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below for information on how we handle the dispatch and delivery of physical copies of our magazine.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver physical copies of our Ayurvedic magazine within India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Magazine Subscriptions: For magazine subscriptions, issues will be delivered on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly) based on the subscription plan you have selected. You will receive the first issue within 2-4 weeks after your subscription is confirmed and payment is processed.
- Annual National Seminar Materials: If any materials related to the national seminar are provided, they will be dispatched at least 1-2 weeks prior to the event.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays, strikes, or holidays.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for magazine subscriptions are included in the subscription price listed on our website. There are no additional charges for delivery.
4. Delivery Process
Magazines will be delivered via standard postal or courier services to the address provided during subscription. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information. Orders are shipped through registered domestic couriers or speed post within 4 days of payment, or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier or postal norms. The platform owner is not liable for delays caused by the courier or postal service. Delivery will be made to the buyer’s provided address, and confirmation will be sent to the registered email. Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
5. Undeliverable Packages
In cases where a magazine is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to accept the delivery, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange re-delivery. Any re-delivery may incur additional shipping costs, which will be communicated to you beforehand.
6. Delivery Tracking

7. Damaged or Lost Deliveries
- Damaged Deliveries: If your magazine arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with details and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement copy to be sent at no additional cost.
- Lost Deliveries: If you have not received your magazine within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue with the courier service. If the magazine is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement copy.
8. Changes to Shipping Information
If you need to change your delivery address after placing a subscription, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the magazine is dispatched for delivery.
