Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for the services offered by Shri Varkari Ayurved Chikitsalaya (Shri Varkari Ayurved Charitable Trust) through our website. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

2. Non-Cancellable Services

• Magazine Subscription: Once a subscription to our Ayurvedic magazine has been purchased (whether for 1 year or 2 years), it is non-cancellable. No changes, modifications, or cancellations will be accepted after the purchase is completed.
• National Seminar Registration: Registrations for our annual national seminar are also non-cancellable. Once the registration is confirmed, it cannot be altered or canceled.

3. Return Policy :

• We do not accept returns once a product has been shipped. However, customers may contact us to cancel their order or subscription within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

4. Refund Policy

• Magazine Subscription: We offer refund within first 7 days from the date of your purchase if no magazine is shipped. If 7 days have passed since your purchase or magazine is shipped prior that, we will not be able to offer a refund. 
• National Seminar Registration: For this event, no refunds will be issued for national seminar registrations. All payments made towards seminar registration are final and non-refundable.

5. Exceptions

• Service Disruption: In the unlikely event that Shri Varkari Ayurved Chikitsalaya is unable to fulfill the magazine subscription or conduct the national seminar due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the affected customers and may offer alternative solutions at our discretion. However, this does not constitute an obligation to issue a refund.
